In 2009 ARK Outsourcing Limited was founded with the decided mission to reshape and rebuild the concept of Financial Services Outsourcing in Trinidad and Tobago.
Expertly led by Seamus J. Clarke, with over 26 years’ experience in the Accounting, Finance and Banking industry, the goal of the firm was to build a leading professional outsourced services company. The firm’s vision is to move beyond the traditional customer-vendor relationship by acting as an extension of our clients’ business, earning their trust as an Outsourced Business Partner.
Our team has been at the forefront in the development of the concept of outsourcing financial services. Our use of advanced technology with the human touch in the delivery of our services is our Critical Success Factor.

We provide services to fourteen (14) Caribbean territories.
