Franka has over thirteen (13) years’ experience in both Payroll and Accounting environments. Franka began her career within the banking sector and eventually moved to professional services within an accounting practice.
Franka has knowledge of both the payroll and the accounting processes. Her experience covers the processing of weekly, bi-Monthly, fortnightly, monthly, and expatriate payrolls and the preparation of various accounting analysis, reconciliations, and audit schedules. Her knowledge of both the payroll and accounting cycles lends itself to a complete understanding of the requirements of each service area.
Within ARK Outsourcing Limited, Franka supervises staff in the processing of many payrolls for varying clients and ensures the accuracy and timeliness of each payroll cycle. Her experience in the use of HRp5 Payroll Software and Micropay Payroll Software supports the technical requirements of every client. These clients come from a range of sectors including Manufacturing, Distribution, Oil & Gas, Entertainment and Telecommunications. She has experience in processing payrolls for fourteen (14) Regional countries.
