About Nadine
As a founding team member of ARK Outsourcing, Nadine currently heads a department of payroll experts with over sixty (60) years of combined experience. Her department skilfully processes over eighty (80) individual client payrolls ranging from five (5) to fifteen hundred (l,500) employees. ARK currently processes over eighty-five hundred (8,500) employees across the Caribbean region.
With over twenty (20) years’ experience in a Payroll and Accounting environment, Nadine is conversant in the preparation of several types of payrolls including Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Fortnightly, Monthly and Expatriate with an understanding of how the information ties into the accounting aspect of the payroll.
Nadine has eight (8) years’ experience in managing the payroll service line for ARK Outsourcing Limited. She has over eighteen (18) years’ experience using HRp5 Payroll Software and over three (3) years’ experience with Micropay Payroll Software, both currently used by ARK Outsourcing Limited.
Nadine currently oversees payrolls for a range of organisations including Manufacturing, Distribution, Oil & Gas, Entertainment and Telecommunications. She also has experience in processing payrolls for fourteen (14) Regional countries. Nadine is directly involved in setting up payrolls within our payroll software which allows her to have a complete understanding of both your payroll needs and the payroll process. With this knowledge she would then determine the best way to proceed, allowing a smooth transition from an internal process to an outsourced process for both our local and regional payrolls.
Nadine’s precise interpretation of payroll information and its tax implications lends itself to accurate payroll processing. Her dedication to client service and satisfaction is uncompromising.
